AmSteel®Blue (Dyneema®) rope 2.5 mm

Samson AmSteel® Blue (Dyneema®) is an extremely lightweight and incredibly strong 8-strand rope. The ropeThe breaking strength is 730 kg.,so it is very suitable for making hammock suspensions! The cord is hollow inside, so it can be spliced with tools. Steel wire or piano wire is also suitable for splicing.

The most common use for Dyneema® ropes in camping is likely Whoopie Sling suspension ropes. You can also use it, for example with continuous loops, adjustable ridgeline and lightweight carabiners.

If you’re making whoopie slings, we recommend putting an adjustable loop a plastic bead to prevent the adjustable loop from slipping into the Dyneema rope.

Color options: black, red, and yellow.

The cord is sold by the meter. (1 piece = 1 meter, 2 pieces = 2 meters, etc.), minimum order quantity is 1 meter.

Note! The rope is very strong, so cutting it dulls ordinary scissors and knives quickly.
