Red Lentil Soup (L, G, VEG)

A delicious, handcrafted vegan and gluten-free smooth lentil soup made in Finland. The mild chili adds a gentle warmth, perfect for hikes. One package contains 552 kcal of energy, providing enough fuel even for longer treks.

Hukasa outdoor meals are freeze-dried, making them very easy to prepare: just add boiling water (3 dl), stir, and let it sit for about 5 minutes. The manufacturer recommends pouring the contents of the pouch into a separate cooking pot or directly into a serving bowl and letting it steep there.
